Does this feel familiar?
Space to work on what matters.
- Understand the patterns you feel caught in
- Make room for your needs and boundaries
- Clarify what you want from support
If there is fear, coercion or violence, seek individual safety support first. Joint conversations may not be a safe starting point.
A simpler way to start.
01
Tell us what matters.
We understand your concerns, preferences and what you want from support.
02
We find a suitable therapist.
We include your budget and schedule. You don’t have to choose from profiles.
03
Keep us in the conversation.
If the match doesn’t work, you can switch. We listen and help find the right person.
A couple of things you might be wondering.
Should I start alone or with my partner?
Counsilio offers individual online counselling. Tell us about the relationship difficulty and what you want support with; we help find a suitable match. For joint support, MSF Family Assist is a separate route for exploring marital or family counselling.
What if my partner does not want counselling?
You can explore individual support about your own experience without waiting for your partner to attend. We help with matching and explain the proposed arrangement. Starting alone does not promise that your partner will change or join later.
