Does this feel familiar?

01Switching off feels difficult
02Feeling drained or distant from work
03Pressure that leaves little room for yourself

Space to work on what matters.

  • Understand where the pressure is coming from
  • Explore boundaries and what recovery could look like
  • Separate what you can change from what needs workplace support

Bring the workload into the conversation

You might want help with guilt about stopping, fear of disappointing people or deciding what can change. Bring one recent workweek and its effect on the rest of your life. Counselling and a practical conversation about priorities, staffing or cover can happen alongside each other. Persistent fatigue, low mood or disrupted sleep also deserves appropriate healthcare assessment.

When work hours are the obstacle to getting support

If you keep putting off an enquiry because work regularly runs late, include that constraint during Counsilio’s personal onboarding. After-work slots are available through Counsilio; a particular appointment is arranged separately. Describe when you can reliably stop work and speak, rather than sending a full work roster. A later appointment can help with scheduling, while workload problems and any need for healthcare assessment still deserve their own attention.

A simpler way to start.

01

Tell us what matters.

We understand your concerns, preferences and what you want from support.

02

We find a suitable therapist.

We include your budget and schedule. You don’t have to choose from profiles.

03

Keep us in the conversation.

If the match doesn’t work, you can switch. We listen and help find the right person.

A couple of things you might be wondering.

Is burnout the same as depression?

They can overlap, but they are not the same. Burnout refers to chronic workplace stress. Persistent low mood or other symptoms may also need a healthcare assessment.

Can counselling help if my workload is the problem?

Counselling can help you explore how pressure affects you and consider your choices. It cannot change staffing or deadlines; practical workplace support may also matter. During guided onboarding, we understand your concerns and help find suitable support. You do not need to decide whether to leave your job first.

Can I enquire before my working hours are settled?

Yes. Explain the pattern and any times you can reliably manage. Counsilio includes your practical requirements when exploring a suitable match and appointment arrangement.
