A shorter follow-up price is not the first-visit price
Sofia’s fee table lists a 50-minute follow-up at S$170 with a counsellor, S$200 with a senior counsellor, or S$50 in the practicum tier. Those are subsequent appointments. Its practicum counsellors are completing a master’s programme placement under supervision. The clinic lists the same individual fees for online and in-office sessions.
That distinction matters if you are budgeting for the first visit. A training-placement fee, a shorter follow-up and Counsilio’s long-term starting offer are not interchangeable. Compare the proposed practitioner, appointment and commitment together. This comparison does not establish that equal prices mean the same care arrangement or that a higher price means better care.

Both services offer help with the choice

Sofia’s online counselling FAQ says you can choose your own counsellor or ask the clinic for a recommendation through its new-client form. Make room for the whole appointment

Sofia’s payment and cancellation policy requires payment within 48 hours of booking to retain the slot. It sets 24 hours’ notice for changes; changes within that window attract a 50% fee, with no refund for no-shows or cancellation within two hours. Counsilio’s confirmed cancellation cutoff is 12 hours before a session; that does not establish a particular refund or payment-plan entitlement.
